Quick answers about ordering, lenses, prescriptions, payments, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, privacy and app usage.

How do I place an order?

  1. Go to the Products page (for eyeglasses) and click on the product image you like.
  2. You’ll land on the Product Details page. Review all details (style, size, price, photos) and decide.
  3. Click Buy Now.
  4. Add the required lens:
    • If you need Single Vision, select Single Vision Lens.
    • You will see three options: Simple Power, High Power, and Photochromatic.
    • Then add any lens add-ons you need (for example, Blue Protection, etc.) and proceed.
  5. You’ll reach the Cart page.
    • If you want multiple products, you can go back and add more items.
    • Otherwise click Proceed to continue.
  6. On the Order Confirmation page:
    • Log in if you are not logged in.
    • If you don’t have an account, create one.
    • Select an existing address or add a new address.
    • Re-check product details before confirming.
  7. Choose payment mode (Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / COD, etc.) and complete checkout. Your order will be placed.

If you feel confused at any step (especially lens selection), please contact our support on the WhatsApp number shown on the website/app before placing the order.

How do I choose the right lens?

After clicking Buy Now, you will be guided to select lenses. For Single Vision you’ll see:

  • Simple Power: standard single vision prescription range.
  • High Power: for higher prescription values.
  • Photochromatic: lenses that adapt to light (darken in sunlight).

Then you can add lens options like Blue Protection (and other available add-ons). If you are unsure, contact our WhatsApp support before finalizing.

When and how should I share my eye prescription?

After placing the order, please submit your eye prescription to us as soon as possible so we can start processing your lenses.

  • Send your prescription on WhatsApp (number shown on the website/app), or
  • Email it to [email protected].

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Debit Card / Credit Card
  • UPI
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)

Do you support COD refunds?

Yes. For COD refunds, we may request your bank/UPI details to process the refund after approval.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates. Delays can happen due to courier/logistics or other factors. Risk of loss passes upon dispatch.

What is your cancellation / return / exchange policy?

  • Manufacturing defect includes issues like broken parts on arrival, hinge failure, verified lens power mismatch, coating defects, or wrong item delivered.
  • Fitting/comfort preference is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Reverse pickup: For eligible returns, we initiate reverse pickup.
  • For change-of-mind / fitting preference returns, the customer must ship the product back or pickup charges may apply.
  • Exchange limit: One exchange per order (where exchange is applicable).
  • No restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.

If an issue occurs due to an incorrect prescription submitted by the customer, it is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

When will I receive my refund?

  • After we receive the return, inspection is typically completed within 1 business day.
  • After we initiate the refund from our side, it may take about 2–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • For eligible cases, shipping charges up to Rs. 100 may be reimbursed as per approval (courier receipt/proof may be required).

Is my personal data safe? What about app permissions?

We use reasonable security practices to protect your information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and when we share it with service partners (like courier or payment providers).

Our Android app may request permissions such as Camera (for features like Virtual Try-On), Location (for service/delivery support where applicable), and other device/service permissions needed to operate the app reliably. You can control permissions in your phone settings.
