Crazyspects Eyewears Private Limited (“Crazyspects”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) values the trust you place in us and recognizes the importance of secure transactions and information privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website (the “Platform”).

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Platform and the products/services offered through it. While you may browse certain parts of the Platform without providing personal information, some features (such as placing an order, requesting support, or using account features) require information to be shared with us.

Our services are intended for customers in India. We currently deliver and support orders within India only. If we expand to international shipping in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our shipping information accordingly.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Contact details such as name, phone number, email address, and shipping/billing address.
Order and transaction information, including products purchased, order history, and support interactions.
Eyewear-related details you submit (e.g., prescription parameters) for order fulfillment.
Any information you provide through forms, chats, emails, WhatsApp, or customer support.

Device and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and log data.
Usage data such as pages viewed, time spent, clicks, and referring URLs.

How We Use Information

To provide and deliver products/services, process orders, and manage payments.

Advertising & Remarketing

We may use advertising features that allow our ads to be shown on third‑party websites and apps. Third‑party vendors (including Google) may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to our Platform and/or use of our services.

You can manage ad personalization and related preferences in your Google Account settings (where available), and you can control cookies through your browser/device settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Platform features.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools (including Google Analytics and/or similar services) to understand how users interact with the Platform and to improve performance and usability. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time spent, device/browser details, and approximate location derived from IP address.

You can control analytics cookies via your browser settings. Where available, you may also use vendor-provided opt‑out tools (for example, Google Analytics opt‑out options) to limit data collection.

Our Android App (Google Play)

This Privacy Policy also applies to our Android mobile application (“App”) available on Google Play under the name “Crazyspects”, to the extent the App links to or uses our services. The App may collect the same categories of information described above, and may additionally collect certain mobile-specific data as described below.

Device & app information

Device and app information such as device model, OS version, app version, and app instance identifiers.
Crash logs and diagnostics to help us identify and fix issues and improve stability.

App permissions (used only when you allow them)

Depending on the features you use, the App may request the permissions below. You can disable permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work if you deny certain permissions.

Camera: used for features such as Virtual Try-On and to capture/upload images (for example, prescription images) when you choose to do so.
Location (approximate or precise): used to support location-based features such as delivery assistance, service availability, or fraud-prevention signals (where applicable). You can deny or revoke access at any time.
Phone (read phone status and identity): may be used for device-based security, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention (for example, to detect abnormal activity). We do not access your contacts or call history through this permission.
Notifications: to send order updates, service messages, and alerts if you enable notifications.

Advertising & attribution technologies

The App may use advertising and attribution technologies (for example, Google Play Install Referrer and advertising/attribution APIs) to measure installs, understand campaign performance, and improve marketing effectiveness. These technologies may use device identifiers and cookies or similar mechanisms, subject to your device settings and applicable policies.

Play Install Referrer API: helps attribute installs to marketing campaigns.
Advertising/Attribution IDs & APIs (e.g., Advertising ID / AdServices Attribution APIs): may be used for ad measurement, attribution, and (where enabled) ad personalization controls.

Connectivity & service operations

Network access / view network connections / view WLAN connections / receive data from internet: used to connect to our services, load content, and improve reliability based on connection status.
Prevent phone from sleeping: may be used to keep the screen active during certain experiences (for example, Virtual Try-On) to avoid interruptions.
Google Play license check: used for Google Play service compatibility/licensing checks.

Account & Data Deletion

If you create an account on our Platform or App, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at [email protected] from your registered email address and writing “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.

We may retain certain information as required by law (for example, records for taxation, accounting, and fraud prevention) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Where deletion is feasible, we will complete the request within a reasonable timeframe.
