All Products and information displayed on our Website are authentic. We are providing you the best possible service, at the best possible price. Your order for purchase any product shall be subject to the terms and conditions as detailed in this Agreement. The Company may accept or reject your offer in its sole discretion which cannot be contested by You. Therefore, we can cancel your order from ourside when the product is out of stock or it is not possible to serve for any other reason.

We offer you a large collection of sunglasses, spectacles and Lenses, powered sunglasses; along with information which will inform and guide you to make the Purchase. Our website displayed colours of the products as accurately as possible. However, the colours visible to you is solely dependent on your monitor. Hence, no guarantee is provided by us regarding your visibility of the colours on the Website.

We offer both Plano lenses and Single power lenses, with high index, Antiglare, Scratch Resistant, Photo-chromatic coating etc; but we do offer limited power for Bifocal / Progressive Lenses. We assure you a healthy Lens with our unbeatable prices. But Lenses are not available in COD and not returnable too. It is always suggested to discuss with your prescription before you proceed with any high power.

In addition to your other covenants in this agreement, by ordering Product/s on our Website you acknowledge and agree that, if any non-delivery or wrong delivery of the products by us due to error in the information provided by you; then, any re-delivery cost in addition to the initial cost will be billed to You. All information provided by You including your contact details, name and address, bank or credit card details should be yours and authentic and there is no misrepresentation or fraudulent act from your end. Before placing an order please check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

We will request you to give us the necessary information about you to send your desired product properly but we will not ask you for any personal information or identity disclosure. PAYMENT and SECURITY

We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash-on-Delivery & more. All transaction details remain confidential and private. Cash on Delivery (CoD) is a method of purchasing from us and pay at the time of the delivery only to the courier. Please remember we do not accept cheques, demand drafts etc so please pay only cash. Before processing your order for cash on delivery, we will call you over phone to reconfirm your order and then your order will be processed. Absolutely no hidden charges will be there when you make a purchase with crazyspects.com. Please don't worry to give us your bank details to purchase products from us because we are providing you highly secure payment gateway.

 

CANCELLATION and RETURNS

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service within 1 hour after placing your order and request a cancellation. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can simply refuse delivery, and it will be returned to us.

Please be aware that we have refund policies in place.

We can cancel your order from ourside when the product is out of stock or it is not possible to serve for any other reason.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will replace it and ensure your satisfaction. To avail of our exchange policy, please notify us via email within 24 hours from the date of product delivery. Send the product back to us within 10 days from the date of delivery, and contact our customer service. Please note that courier charges up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the case of an exchanged product.

If we do not receive a response or reply within 15 days, the replacement will be automatically canceled.

Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition with any other accessories, if applicable. Please refrain from using products that require replacements.

Certain products, such as Today's deal offers or combo offers, cannot be returned.

Returns or cancellations are not applicable to overseas customers. (Overseas customers are those placing orders from outside of India with delivery outside of India.) Overseas customers are responsible for covering the shipment costs for both sides in the case of product replacement.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

We provide free shipping / delivery above purchase of Rs.750/- , only on purchase of sunglasses, spectacles and there are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges.

We have 2 types of delivery services : (1) Prepaid delivery service, i.e. online payment process (2) COD service, i.e. cash on delivery process. (Get FREE COD on purchase above Rs.750/-)

Prepaid-fast delivery service will take 2-6 working days and COD service will take 3-8 working days to reach to you to all over India. Local delivery withing Kolkata: product will reach to you within 2-3 working days.

Please remember that we provide FREE shipping to our customers, but if the product returns back to us due to the negligency of addressee and we will have to resend it then the next shipment for the returned-product will take extra shipping charges.

Please note that the certain rural areas in India may take longer time for delivery. Lens preparation time is more for high power lenses or any other complex powers.
