The website www.crazyspects.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by CRAZYSPECTS EYEWEARS Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 77/2/1, P S Road, Kolkata, West Bengal, India – 700030.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) set out the terms that apply to your access and use of the Website as a visitor or registered user (“End User”, “you”, “your”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

General Terms

Returns and exchange are available within 10 days from the date of delivery (subject to the Return Policy below).
By placing an order or using an offer, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Each customer should make an independent inquiry before purchase. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information stated or omitted.
We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms (including pricing) without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration and may not exactly represent the product.

Services & Products

All products and information displayed on our Website are provided to the best of our ability. Your order is subject to this Agreement and may be accepted or rejected at our sole discretion. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to serve for any reason.

We offer a wide collection of sunglasses, spectacles and lenses (including powered sunglasses). Product colors are displayed as accurately as possible; however, the color you see may vary depending on your device.

We offer both plano lenses and single power lenses with options like high index, anti-glare, scratch resistant and photochromic coating. Bifocal / progressive lenses may be available only in limited powers. Please discuss your prescription with us before ordering high power lenses.

Frame-only orders: We primarily sell eyewear as a complete product with lenses (including plano/zero-power or prescription lenses). Frame-only orders are not supported. If an order is placed without lenses, we may contact you to confirm lens requirements; if we cannot confirm, we may cancel and refund the order.

If non-delivery or wrong delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided by you, re-delivery costs (in addition to initial costs) may be billed to you. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order. Your privacy is described in our Privacy Policy.

Special Offers

If you receive a special discount offer, it must be claimed within 10 business days (unless stated otherwise).
Discounts/offers generally cannot be applied on an existing offer.
To avail a coupon code: complete your first order, then apply the coupon during your next eligible purchase.
Only one coupon/offer can be used per order.

Payment & Security

We offer multiple payment methods including cards, net banking and cash-on-delivery (COD), where applicable. Transaction details remain confidential.

For COD orders, we may call to reconfirm your order before processing. We do not accept cheques or demand drafts for COD—please pay cash only to the courier at delivery. We do not charge hidden fees at checkout. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

Cancellation & Returns

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact customer support within 1 hour of placing your order to request cancellation. Once shipped, orders generally cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, you may refuse delivery and the shipment will be returned to us.

Exchange

If you are not satisfied, we may replace the product as per our exchange policy.
Notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery.
Send the product back within 10 days of delivery, in original condition with accessories (if applicable).
If we do not receive a response within 15 days, the replacement request may be cancelled automatically.

Non-returnable / Special cases

Today's deal offers or combo offers may not be returnable.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide free shipping/delivery on purchases above Rs. 750 for sunglasses and spectacles. There are no hidden taxes or additional shipping charges.

Delivery timelines shown on the Website are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, logistical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. Risk of loss passes upon dispatch.

Prepaid delivery (online payment): typically 2–6 working days
COD delivery: typically 3–8 working days (FREE COD on purchase above Rs. 750)
Local delivery within Kolkata: typically 2–3 working days

If a shipment returns due to incorrect address or negligence, re-shipping may incur additional charges. Certain rural areas may take longer. Lens preparation time can be longer for high/complex powers.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Medical & Vision Disclaimer

Products and information on this Website are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Customers should consult a qualified optometrist/ophthalmologist for prescriptions and eye health guidance. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescription details you provide. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated prescription information submitted by customers.

The Website may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners, tracking services, or other external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Fraud, Abuse & Order Rejection

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (including COD orders) if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, abusive behavior, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or any activity that may cause harm to the Website or our business.

In such cases, refunds may be denied (where legally permissible) and we may refuse to provide future service to the customer.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
